**Complex Backgrounds (landscapes, scenery, buildings, etc.) **- Additional 50% of the base price (not including the price of additional characters or additional props)
For a more semi-realistic or more anime face style, please tell me in your order. Does not cost extra.If you request for a specific deadline that is shorter than the 1-3 week period given for artwork completion, an additional expedited service fee of about 5% of the total price may be applied.

i reserve the right to refuse service
all rights to the artwork are retained by me
commissions are for personal use only. commercial use must be negotiated with me as a business inquiry. commissions for commercial use will cost extra. for more details, please contact me
if any part of the commission is posted on social media, you must use the watermarked version and credit me
in addition, claiming my art as your own is strictly prohibited
mass reproduction or any reproduction of the commission is strictly prohibited (selling prints, merchandise, nfts, etc.)
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to let me use your work for future advertisement purposes.
if you fail to pay any invoices i send you during the commission within 7 days, i will cancel your order
REFUND POLICY:
you will get a full refund only if you cancel before I have started drawing
if you cancel after the first checkpoint, you will get a 50% refund
if you cancel after the second checkpoint, there will be no refunds at all.
if for any reason i cannot complete your order, i will issue a full refund for you

How to Order
contact me through email or dm on instagram/discord/twitter to reserve a slot (if there are slots open, i will be able to work on your order immediately. otherwise, you will be placed on a waitlist and i will reach out to you once a slot opens up)
state the type of commission you want (i.e. bust-up rendered, full body lineart, etc.)
in as much detail as possible, describe your character, the pose/expression you want, the composition, lighting, colors, etc. be as specific as possible. also include the length x width (4000 x 4000px or under) and orientation of the canvas. its okay if you don't have all the details. we will work it out together
include reference photos, character sheets, pinterest boards, mood boards, etc. if you have any. everything helps
include your email to receive the full resolution when commission is complete
please send me your paypal and have your payment ready to pay 100% of the cost upfront. I will send you an invoice. all invoices sent to you must be paid within 7 days.
if you decide to add a character, prop, complex background, or anything extra that requires an additional fee before or after the first checkpoint, you will be required to pay that additional fee immediately. you will not be allowed to add extras after the second checkpoint
allow up to 1-3 weeks for completion. for specific deadlines, tell me in your order message. an additional expedited service fee may be applied

The Process
when i receive your order, i will calculate the total cost and send you an invoice for the 100% upfront payment
after i receive the payment, i will confirm the details with you before i begin sketching
at the first checkpoint, i will update you with a rough sketch to make sure everything is okay before i begin cleaning the sketch and coloring. please let me know any changes you wish to make at this stage. i will not make any major changes at the second checkpoint.
at the second checkpoint, i will update you with the clean sketch and the color/lighting layout. at this stage, you can only request changes to color and lighting. if you ordered a sketch, flat color, or loose render commission, this will be considered you final check point
at the third and final check point, i will send you a preview of the finished product and email you a google drive link for the full resolution piece. there will be two version: a watermarked one and a non-watermarked one. you must use the watermarked version when posting on social media (along with credit). the non-watermarked one is for your own personal use
